How do we get rid of speed bumps in our neighborhood?

Question: I live in a community which includes a number of activists who greatly enjoy building speed bumps on every street. I want to get community support to stop such construction. How do I get a list of local homeowner names?
Answer: Got to the polls. In most jurisdictions homeownership is a matter of public record. For this reason you can check with the local property records office or the property tax office -
