What Does It Mean To “Register” With A New Home Builder?

By “registering” you with each builder when you visit a new home site, the broker is saying that he or she “introduced” you to the property and may have a commission claim if you buy.
The same logic applies to open house. Your broker will want to register you with the individual showing the property.
