What’s a living will?
August 24th, 2008 By Peter G. Miller
A “living will” is a document designed to help you avoid needless pain and cost while you are alive but incapacitated — it is simply something that everyone should have in addition to a will.
Without a living will, enormous and needless medical costs can be incurred, as well as pointless suffering. A living will can be constructed to meet an individual’s religious, philosophical, and personal preferences.
The time to obtain a living will is NOW. Please contact a legal clinic or attorney for details.
