		<description>Thank you for posting this information.  I am a little disappointed that I can not cancel for 5 years though.  When we built our house and took out the loan my LTV was already at 83%.  I was hoping by paying extra monthly I would quickly pay down enough to get rid of the MIP and have more money go to principal, however it looks like that is not the case.
