How Do Stick-Built And Modular Construction Compare?
Both approaches have value. Modular elements can be constructed indoors, to specific measurements, and in standardized units. Alternatively, a good contractor can solve problems on the spot with solid workmanship and clever planning.
Rather than which system is better, the deciding factors are probably the materials used and the skills of the builder or factory.
